Beach Run
Aquatic Triathlon Challenge was developed by Rafael Steinberg Molcho -" Iron Man" . During the first Herzliya Beach Race 2013 , in which three separate swimming / sup rice paddle / Beach Run were held in one event . It was the first time that there was a connection between the three sports, which produced a new challenging sports experience.
Since then simulations have been conducted on different beaches and at various distances until the setting of standards and assigns.
This sport modality is unique in its sports and competitive format. We appeal to the public from the world of swimming / running / triathlon / the sup paddle community and the general public from age 18+ category.
All under the structure on National League with several events at 2020. And its defined as "Modern, Exclusive and Challenging"
This format is registered as a copyright in Israel and registered as a brand. This sport has received official recognition from the Israeli Olympic Triathlon Association ITA.
Sport Benefits:

- beach. This means a unique space of activity.
- A combination of aerobics and anaerobic training.
- An innovative and varied training program, each training includes at least two activities. (90 minutes) Learning new sports activities.

- S-SIZE – Swimming 1 mile / Sup Paddle 3 Miles / Running 3 miles .
- M-SIZE – Swimming 2 miles / Sup Paddle 6 miles / Running 6 miles .
- L-SIZE – Swimming 3 miles / Sup Paddle 12 miles / Running 12 miles .
- X-MAN – Swimming 4 miles / Sup paddle 24 miles / Running 24-mile.

:: Teams and Training Camps ::
The training takes place at Acadia Beach. (Coffee counter) The training program is published once a month, which includes a weekly activity schedule and special training.
Details of the training content: Swimming / rowing / running / strength training / functional training PRAFIT Studio / breathing and stretching lessons / water polo and more.
Professional guidance by a team of leading instructors in the field.
Personal training programs by setting goals such as preparing for competitions, improving physical fitness, improving techniques and more.
Each month there will be a summary event, for example – replacement training / simulation for competition / out/indoor run / long distance paddle FULL MOON events .
